Within a few minutes of uploading the pictures of Niki King on flickr they had all been looked at, a few several times.

I don't know whether to be flattered or baffled!

They're good pictures :)

Two possible options: one is that there is a page somewhere for the latest images posted to flickr, and that's where people go to check out what looks interesting, so you'll get a few hits off that. The other explanation is that because you actually loaded the images into your LJ entry, every time someone goes behind the cut and reads that entry, that registers as a hit on flickr.

I don't know which of these explanations it is, however :)
