Deferred gratification. Undeferred.

I seem to recall a while ago there was talk about deferred gratification on my f-list.

So I really wanted to tell you all that, the day before I went away, I finished my dark chocolate Easter egg. It only took two months of nibbling.

And I really should have used parthenia14's chocolate icon for this post...

Two months for one egg? Wow. Deferring I can understand, but that's not deferring, that's avoidance. Weirdo.

My sibling and family are always given a great many chocolates at Easter and most are still around the next year. Mainly terrible chocolate but I still cry myself to sleep thinking about the travesty.
