Bristol Cathedral

rhythmaningMy hotel had a truly wonderful view across to the cathedral: it looked amazing.
I thought I had been to Bristol Cathedral before, when we stayed in Bristol for a week last year, and that I hadn’t been too impressed – hence I didn’t take any pictures inside.
Well, I must be wrong: because I went inside this time, and it is an amazing, exhilarating and deeply impressive building. I walked around for hours: it is wonderfully beautiful. I was, literally, awestruck.
