I have similar problems with cathedrals, charges and being unsteady on my feet. Beer may have been involved, though. I have a lot of blurry photos taken from strange angles of one cathedral. Also several much better photos taken from its tower, which apparently I was meant to pay to climb up. I didn't even see the person trying to charge!
