rhythmaningA few weeks ago, I read that "people living in Scotland may be happier than those living in the rest of the UK". (I thought I had posted about it but I can't find it - and I don't think this is the article I read, either, nor this one, but you get the drift.)
But then this morning I heard that Edinburgh [is] apparently the most miserable place in Britain.
So am I meant to be happy or miserable?
