Mar. 25th, 2014 01:34 pm"Larks' Tongues in Aspic" was the second LP I ever bought, in 1973; I bought "Red" when it came out in 1974. Both stand the test of time - I play them both regularly (last weekend, for instance).
This material from a French tv show is from that period, and is excellent.
The sound isn't properly synced, so I played it without watching, aside from a few glimpses at Bruford's drumming (which is incredible).
