When I was last down in London, I spent a morning in the British Museum. I hadn't been there since they rebuilt the Great Court. It was a sunny day, and it looked amazing. I also strolled around the rest of the museum; given what was going on in the world, it seemed ironic that so much of art came from Mesopotamia.

Oooh yes, lovely place for a cup of tea and a bun. And, er, I'm sure the art is good as well.

Well, i was a little disappointed with my coffee... but it was a great place to sit and watch people!

(Here via friendsfriends.) These photographs are fantastic (as are all the others, but the fixed-up British Museum is one of my favourite pieces of architecture.) Would you possibly be willing to let me have a copy of the third from last picture? Needless to say, this would be for my own personal pleasure, and not for any commercial use at all.

Thanks.
